What happens when the trial ends?
You keep one project, fully usable. Any others stay exactly where they are and become read-only — every comment, task and screenshot is preserved. Upgrade at any point and they all unlock again, untouched.
We don't delete work when a trial lapses. Your clients' feedback isn't ours to hold hostage.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan keeps one project with unlimited reviewers, live and snapshot review, and comment-to-task sync, at no cost and with no card required.
How does the 4-day trial work?
Every new workspace starts with 4 days of every feature — unlimited projects, design compare, branded client portals — without entering a card. When it ends you keep one project. The others stay exactly where they are but become read-only until you upgrade; nothing is deleted.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Team members and client reviewers are unlimited on every paid plan. UX Peeker is built around inviting everyone who needs to look at the work, so charging per person would penalise the thing the tool is for.
What counts toward storage?
Only uploaded video. Screenshots, design files and comment attachments don't count — video is the only thing large enough to be worth metering. Pro includes 25 GB and Agency 100 GB.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel whenever you like and the plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've paid for. After that the workspace falls back to the Free plan — your projects and every comment on them remain.
Do clients need an account?
Never, on any plan. Clients open a single link, leave feedback pinned to the live page, and are never asked to sign up or install anything.
